EUMV is a partnership among the City of Mountain View, Acterra, and Home Energy Analytics. The purpose of EUMV is to help residents save money on their energy bills through low- and no-cost actions and to help the City reduce its carbon footprint.

More than 2,000 of your neighbors have participated in Energy Upgrade Mountain View (EUMV).

Program enrollment is now closed. We are no longer accepting new participants.

In its first phase, EUMV saved Mountain View residents a total of $78,159 (an average of $80 per household) and participants collectively are reducing their carbon emissions by 244 metric tons each year. We are currently collecting energy savings information for the most recent phase of EUMV. Check back here to see the results or send an email to and we will send a copy of the report when it's available.

EUMV was also featured on CBS News San Francisco and in the The Mountain View Voice.
